Science of Teaching and Learning

The Centre for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning strives to address the need for science-based research, where findings may inspire the continued development of teaching strategies grounded in what we know about human behaviour. This work includes, but is not limited to, understanding the basic perceptual processes of learning and the translation of that knowledge into applied practice to improve learning and the experience of students on our campus.
