Wendy Smiley

Wendy oversees the Quality Matters (QM) training and course evaluation process for instructors and administrative support staff involved in online courses and flexible learning initiatives. She manages the application of the QM program to flexible learning courses.

Prior to joining The Centre, Wendy worked extensively in the administration and delivery of online degree credit and non-degree credit courses in Extended Education at the U of M.
