Role

Joeffer is responsible for creating, editing, and rendering videos, computer-generated animations, interactive PowerPoint presentations, audio recordings and other multimedia objects as required by instructional designers for the creation of U of M courses. He is also responsible for designing and developing web pages for online courses and providing support to ensure that all digital content is well designed and functional.

Biography

Joeffer earned his diploma in Digital Media Technology from Red River College in 2009, specializing in Video and Motion Graphics. He spent the early part of his career working as an in-house Motion Graphic Designer for a local fashion company before transitioning in 2014 into his role as a Multimedia Specialist for online courses at the U of M. Joeffer enjoys building media elements that elevate the learning experience of online students. He loves to create, design and troubleshoot, and takes pride in a job well done. As a movie enthusiast, Joeffer appreciates the art of filmmaking and would like to write, shoot, and edit his own films in the future.
