Role

Lynette provides mentoring and consultation to faculty and instructors who wish to improve their teaching, both online and face-to-face. In partnership with faculty and instructors, she also designs and informs the development of online and face-to-face courses. In addition, she works with faculties and departments to review, develop, implement and assess programmatic changes.


Biography

Lynette has spent her entire career in education, starting as a high school teacher and eventually moving into full-time university teaching as an instructor as she completed her graduate work. She moved to Winnipeg in 2009 to join Extended Education as an Instructional Designer for the Distance Delivery team. She then moved to The Centre in 2015 when Distance Delivery was dismantled. She is a proud Winnipegger, wife, mom and dog-owner. (She/her)
